Vellivo is an invoice and receipt application that works without a login.
Document data you enter is used for the preview and PDF export in your browser.
The application stores documents, reusable business profiles, client address book entries, logos, and signatures in browser IndexedDB, including business, client, item, tax, discount, payment, bank, and note data.
Small preferences such as numbering and install-prompt dismissal use LocalStorage. Offline application files use Cache Storage. This data stays on your device until you use “Delete all local data” in the editor or clear browser storage.
Hosting providers may process standard server logs such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, and timestamps for security, troubleshooting, and operation.
The application does not use login, external payment processing, or an external document database by default. Payment links and QR codes are displayed from data entered by the user. This policy will be updated if third-party services are added.
Because data is stored locally, its security depends on your device and browser security. Avoid public devices for sensitive data.
